Speaker Guidelines

Thank you for your participation in this year’s International Conference on Transportation and Development (ICTD 2024). We’re looking forward to the collaboration, learning, and networking that will occur in Atlanta, Georgia in June!

The following information is for speakers presenting a podium presentation or poster presentation at ICTD 2024.

The program content is managed through a platform known as the Conference Harvester. This system will allow us to collect and communicate important information regarding the conference and hopefully will make your preparations for the event easy.

Login credentials are sent via email. If you have not received login credentials or cannot locate the email please contact the ASCE Transportation and Development Institute at [email protected] for assistance.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to T&DI staff or your conference liaison.

  • Please keep your presentation to 15-20 minutes max to accommodate all speakers in your session.
  • Please download the presentation template (linked below) to prepare your deck. The ratio for this year’s PowerPoint is 16:9. Please note that T&DI staff reserve the right to adjust presentations to fit the formatting requirements, should your deck not be in the proper aspect.
  • All presentations are due in their final format no later than Friday, May 24, 2024. A link for the FTP site will be provided by Friday, April 5, 2024. We will also post instructions and the link on this page.
  • If you encounter any issues with uploading your presentation, please let us know via email at [email protected] and [email protected] ASAP.
